Notarial Services
The Australian Consulate-General in Geneva can provide some notarial services. The Australian Embassy in Bern does not provide notarial services.
The document must be Australian or for use in Australia. Before you request our notarial services, ask the receiving authority what they need from you. In many cases, you won't need our services and can find someone else locally to assist you (i.e. Swiss notary public) or seek legal advice.
We recommend visiting - Smartraveller - Notarial services (legalising documents) overseas for detailed information on the notarial services we can provide overseas.

Our office provides in-person notarial services by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
